When troubleshooting wireless connectivity issues try to eliminate Wi-Fi interference from devices such as microwaves, cordless phones, baby monitors and dimmer switches
General
Make sure your battery has a good charge
Open settings
Tap battery
The graph will display the percentage of charge remaining
Verify that the slide for Low Power Mode is to the left
Many devices have dialed back settings that reduce performance to conserve battery power
The battery icon in the upper right corner will have a lightning bolt if it is plugged in and charging
Enable audio only
When Joining Juno session tap Join with Audio only
Try Another Device
Turn off other devices connected to your Wi-Fi network
Restart device
Hold down the Power button for a few seconds
Swipe the slider labeled Slide to Power Off
Wait a few seconds after the device turns off than press and hold the power button till the Apple logo is displayed
Wi-Fi
Make sure Airplane mode is off
Open Settings
Verify the slider for Airplane Mode is off (slid to left)
Verify Wi-Fi On (slid to right)
Make sure your device Wi-Fi toggle is enabled
Open Settings App
Tap Wi-Fi
Verify the Wi-Fi slider is to the right and green
Unable to connect to my Wi-Fi network
Make sure your device is compatible with the band you are attempting to connect to
If other Wi-Fi devices are having the same issue try rebooting the router
Verify you are attempting to connect to the correct SSID
Verify you are entering the password correctly
Access the router and change the password for the Wi-Fi SSID you are attempting to connect to
Attempt to reconnect to SSID with new password
Turn off and on Wi-Fi
Open Settings App
Tap Wi-Fi
Tap the green slider to the right of Wi-Fi
Wait 5 seconds then tap the slider to re-enable Wi-Fi
Switch to 5 GHz
Open Setting and
Select Wi-Fi
Select the desired 5 GHz SSID
Enter password and press Join
Switch to 2.4 GHz
Open Setting and
Select Wi-Fi
Select the desired 2.4 GHz SSID
Enter password and press Join
Switch DNS Servers
Open Settings App
Tap Wi-Fi
Tab the ‘i’ at the far right of the active connection
Tap Configure DNS
Tap Manual
Tap the red ‘-‘ and tap delete
Tap the green ‘+’
Enter 8.8.8.8 and tap save
Repeat 7 and 8 using 8.8.4.4 instead
Renew IP Address
Open Settings App
Tap Wi-Fi
Tab the ‘i’ at the far right of the active connection
Tap ‘renew Lease’
Flush DNS
Method 1: Airplane Mode
Open Control Center
Tap Airplane Mode
Wait 15 seconds and tap the Airplane Mode icon again to re-enable the wireless service
Method 2: Rebooting
Hold down the Power button for a few seconds
Swipe the slider labeled Slide to Power Off
Wait a few seconds after the device turns off than press and hold the power button till the Apple logo is displayed
Reset your Wi-Fi network on your device
Open Settings
Tap General
Tap Reset
Tap Reset Network Settings
Enter your passcode and tap confirm when asked if you wish to clear out all network settings

Logout of VPN
Open Settings
Tap General
Tap VPN.
Toggle off the VPN status to Not Connected
Check for Firewall Issues
Operating System
Close out of other programs that are taking up bandwidth
Double Tap Home button
Navigate to the app screen you want to quit
Swipe up on the app card (flicking up and off the screen closes the app)
Check for updates
Open Settings
Tap General
Tap Software Update
Tap Download and Install (If any updates are displayed)
Turn off parental controls
Open settings
Tap Screen Time
Scroll down and tap Turn Off Screen Time
Tap Turn Off Screen Time
Switch off your antivirus software
Network setting dump
Open Settings
Tap General
Tap Reset
Tap Reset Network Settings
Enter your passcode and tap confirm when asked if you wish to clear out all network settings
Check for Overheating
Browser
Switch web browsers
Disable browser extensions
Update Google Chrome
Open the App Store.
At the top right, tap Profile
Scroll down to "Available Updates," and search for Chrome
If Chrome is listed, tap Update to install
If asked, enter your Apple ID password. The updates will download and install
Clear browser cache
Clear google chrome cache
Open Chrome
Tap the three dots on the bottom right
Tap Settings
Tap Privacy
Tap Clear Browser Data
Verify there are check marks next to Browsing History, Cookies, Site Data, Coached Images and Files
Tap Clear Browsing Data
How to clear safari cache
Open Settings
Scroll down until you see Safari
Tap safari
Scroll down and Tap “Clear History and Website Data”
Tap Clear History and Data
How to clear Firefox
Open Firefox
Tap the three line in the lower right corner
Tap Settings
Tap Data Management
Verify the sliders for Cookies, and Cache are to the right and blue
Tap Clear Private Data
