Some sessions have a pre-roll video that plays before speakers go live. To ensure a seamless transition, the greenroom support team can help speakers by explaining what the process will look like.

Check the duration of the pre-roll video

  1. Go to the session editor by selecting Edit below the session description.

  2. Select Stream.

  3. Scroll down to the Pre-Roll Video section.

  4. Select Play on the video to see how long it is.
